Digital Product Policy
BecomingHer Journal is a digital product (PDF) that is delivered electronically via download immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Returns or Refunds
Once you have received access to download your digital journal, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy is in place because:
- Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
- Once downloaded, the product has been received in full
- Digital files can be copied and cannot be verified as "unused"
Please ensure this product is right for you before completing your purchase. We encourage you to review the product description, preview images, and our FAQ page to make an informed decision.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties downloading or accessing your journal, please contact us immediately at hello@becomingherjournal.com. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues, including:
- Problems with the download link
- Corrupted or incomplete files
- Compatibility issues with your device
Technical support does not constitute a refund or return - we will simply ensure you receive the product you purchased in working condition.
Defective Products
In the rare event that your digital journal file is defective, corrupted, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will:
- Investigate the issue
- Provide a corrected version of the file, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or did not authorize a purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@becomingherjournal.com with your order details.
